Reconstruction - Renovations

The presented project has to do with the renovation of Zephyros Beach Hotel. It is a 4* hotel of 100 rooms and it is located in Stalida, Heraklion.

The target of the presented project was the modification and redesigning of an old kindergarten of 240 square meters into a contemporary dyslexia center. Dyslexia center transferred its headquarters and the target was the creation of 10 rooms, 3 rest facilities, 1 reception area, 1 office area and 2 storage rooms.

Our company undertook the external and internal formation of the new Emmanouil Patisserie pastry shop in Heraklion. A design of contemporary open workspace was followed, which allows the visitors to be placed in a modern and hospitable environment.
